Last updated: 7 September 2026. These Terms apply to the professional resume-writing packages provided by IRC Resume through www.ircresume.com.

Our services

IRC Resume offers four package configurations: Resume; Resume + Cover Letter; Resume + LinkedIn Makeover; and Resume + Cover Letter + LinkedIn Makeover. The selected package, career stage and delivery option shown during checkout form part of your order.

Customer information and accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate career information, target-role details and source documents. IRC Resume writes and formats materials based on the information you provide. You remain responsible for reviewing the final materials before use.

Revisions and support

Revisions are available while your project is active so that you can provide feedback on the draft. After project completion, IRC Resume provides three months of post-delivery support for edits or corrections to the delivered documents. Support does not include a new package, a new resume for a materially different career direction, or work outside the package you purchased.

Delivery and outcomes

Delivery timelines are selected during ordering and depend on the information needed to complete the work. We aim to meet the agreed timeline, subject to timely customer responses. IRC Resume does not guarantee interviews, job offers, hiring outcomes or identical parsing results across every applicant tracking system.

Prices, payment and refunds

Prices shown on the order page apply at the time an order is placed. Payments are processed through the payment provider used at checkout; IRC Resume does not store card or banking credentials. As the work is bespoke and digitally delivered, payments are non-refundable after payment has been made, except where required by applicable law.

Credentials and claims

IRC Resume’s writers are certified resume writers. The business maintains its certification records for the International Human Resources Academy (IHRA) and International Recruiters Association (IRA). Certification does not guarantee an employment outcome.

Use of the website

You must not misuse the website, submit unlawful or malicious content, or attempt to access customer, order or administrative areas without authorization. We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on this page.
